Here is my opinion to this.
First of all, according to the demographic situation, there less men than women in our country.
Second, we do not have a developed system of marriage agencies. So, if this system of looking for a partner has been working in the West for a long time, in our country they are only emerging.
Third, our men have quite different mentality. Many of them are too shy to admit openly that they want to find their 'halves'.
Besides, let be extremely frank. Everybody knows that nowadays the economic situation is not best of Ukraine. And to create a firm, happy family and to bring up children people should have financial stability. And a woman as a keeper of hearth always strives to make her home plenty.
Due to the developed cult of family in the developed countries, foreign husbands attract our women by their mature views on life and family, they are loving husbands and wonderful fathers, most of them do not smoke or drink alcohol, which is actual for our country.
It seems to me that is why women decide to marry a foreigner. "A Foreign Affair" agency multiply my chances to find my own only and unique man. And as to me it is not important whether he is a foreigner or not.
The main thing for me to understand that this is my special person with whom it is warm to my soul, it is interesting to my mind, who loves me and my daughter.
And now let me introduce myself. As I have already said, my name is Lubov. I was born and have lived in the city of Kharkiv. I have higher education. Nowadays I am a bank clerk. I have a smart daughter. Her name is Galya, she is 12. She likes dancing and music.
I think that I am a soft, easy-going, sincere, loyal, understanding and merry woman. I like music and theatre. I like traveling very much. I like nature, sea and mountains. Being a student I traveled a lot: by foot through the mountains of Caucasus and Crimea, by skis - though the north of Russia, by canoe - over the rivers and lakes, and I was in different cities of Russia too. Nature gives me joy and engery.
I like to learn, to learn something new. I try to experience different things by myself and have my own opinion on them. In a person his internal world is especially important to me. I like to communicate with interesting people.
I dream of a happy family. For me a family is a unity of souls. In a relationship mutual understanding, common interests, support and help in any situation are the most import things for me. I would like to love and to be loved. In a man the most valuable things are responsibility, kindness, sincere, nobles of his soul. I think that if a man is able to understand a woman, feel her, surround her with attention and care, the woman will make the man the happiest in the world. I would like my man to be the best friend for me.
And though I like traveling and meeting new people, I also would like to be at home together with my beloved man, to speak, to listen to music, to cook together, to create something special for us.
I like the family rest outdoors, cooking barbeque and I like to imprint the moments of family chronicles in photos. And of course I know that there is no more great gift to one's beloved man than to give him a baby.
I like to be romantic with the man whom I love: walking in the park, sunbathing on the beach, watching stars in the night sky, give presents or little surprises. They are the simple gestures of love that I appreciate most of all.
I am looking for a person with common interests with mine, somebody who is caring, cheerful, open, brave, passionate and - which is the most important - family-oriented.
